- Any claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Please ensure you retain the original packaging and invoice when returning the product.
Important Notes:
- The quality of products is based on the manufacturer’s standards. Tech Toys has no control over this, and returns will not be accepted based on dissatisfaction with the product quality.
- Tech Toys covers delivery charges for replacements or returns within 7 days under our warranty policy. After this period, customers will bear the delivery charges for any warranty claims.
